IIFP’s Stephan Knoll and Cees Wesselingh were among the 10 judges who worked their way through 146 smallgoods entries and 94 sausage king and burger entries. The judges commented on the high standard of products with one judge saying that for the entries in the mettwurst and the dry cured categories – “these products are at a high level and the people making them know what they are doing to produce a quality product”.
IIFP would also like to congratulate all of the entrants and the ultimate winners.
All of the regions for the sausage king and burger competitions have now completed, all category winnings will now go on to compete in the Grand Final which is being held on Fri, 15 July 2016 at the Adelaide Central Market.
