RSA – Responsible Service of Alcohol Accredited Workshop
This workshop gives students the opportunity to gain the skills & knowledge needed to provide responsible service of alcohol in South Australia
The following topics are covered in detail:
- Assisting customers to drink within appropriate limits
- SA legislation & licencing requirements
- Recognising erratic drinking patterns
- Refusing to provide alcohol
If successful, students will be issued with a Statement of Attainment for the unit ‘Provide responsible service of alcohol’ SITHFAB201
We have an interactive approach to our training, students practice pouring standard drink sizes and learn how to read and understand beverage packaging.
We also conduct role plays in a bar setting to practice scenarios that may occur whilst working in a hospitality environment.
Some verbal feedback from past students:
“The most enjoyable part was the mock ‘bar’ scenarios, this will help me to deal with situations at work”
“I enjoyed the face-to-face training, more chances to ask questions in comparison to online training”
