Stephan is the director of the Registered Training Organisation, “Independent Institute of Food Processing” He trains and consults in the areas of Retail service & Meat Retail, Small-goods Manufacturing, Food & Meat Processing and Workplace Training and Assessment, including Food Safety. Under Stephan guidance as IIFP's CEO the Register Training Organisation has for the past three years running been a National finalist in the MINTRAC "National Meat Industry Awards" as "Meat Industry Training Provider of the Year". He has also nurtured trainers and Assessors to meet and exceed achievement in their role as Trainer & Assessors to be respected and recognised by industry clients who they have assisted to develop an in in house training culture, undertaken skills analysis and improved operational, WHS & food safety outcomes. Other achievements IIFP has been recognised for are "Youth & Schools industry Awards", "Shaping Tomorrow's Workforce" as a Pledge partner, Certificate of recognition in the National Disability Program, by participating as an organisation/workplace for the 2012 NDCO Taster Days. He also provides training programs for Agriculture, Horticulture, Livestock production (including intensive Pork, Poultry & Feedlot qualifications) to encompass the full paddock to plate concept needed to provide a total link for the Agri-Food industry. With his specialist background in Food processing, Small-goods Manufacturing and meat production, Stephan offers a highly skilled and knowledgeable contribution to meat and food technology. His in-depth knowledge and practical application of skills and manufacturing technologies will benefit both the beginner and specialist at their level of experience. Other enterprises operated by him include Cattle production as a Primary Producer and Horse stables registered as Treuendorf Stables.
