Robert worked as a Pastry cook and Production Manager for almost 20 years in the family business. Budapest Cakes was Adelaide’s largest continental bakery where all the cakes were hand made. He has also worked in Europe and set up and run his own business Heidelberg Cakes successfully. Robert has extensive experience in cake and pastry manufacturing, including quality control, costing and inventory management. Robert has the skills and knowledge to train your employees. Robert started his teaching career in 2001 and progressed to become a Qualified Workplace Trainer and Assessor, moving onto on-site training where he is able to adjust the training to suit the student.
