He has the ability to assist in all aspects of meat processing, meat inspection, implementing quality assurance programs, and is an excellent communicator with first-rate training and presentation skills. He recently was a key presenter in IIFP's industry assistance program of "Food for Future Thought" a Commonwealth funded initiative for industry through Enterprise Connect. The program assisted industry to develop local networks to improve business operations, recognise & develop sustainable industry practices and open new market opportunities. Major strengths include creating quality assurance manuals, computer skills, conducting quality assurance audits and a positive and flexible outlook.
