Congratulations to Scott & Terry’s class who have completed the workshop component of their Certificate II in Food Processing FDF20111 Tailored as an introduction to the Baking industry! Scott & Terry have both commented on how impressed they were with the skill level that was developed throughout the course, and wish all students well with their future career in the baking industry!

Throughout the workshop students are given the opportunity to gain key skills to make them job-ready for the baking industry. These include:

  • Production of bread & yeast products

A wide range of products are produced throughout the workshop including: Artisan breads, savoury pastries, tarts, cheesecake, blackforest cake, biscuits, finger buns, cinnamon scrolls, pizzas, donuts.. and many more!
