From the very first week I started to see a great improvement in everyone that had come into this course wanting to improve on their knowledge within the baking industry.

It makes me proud to be a baker trainer, having had the pleasure of passing on my 32 years of knowledge onto students who come to this course with very little knowledge about baking who then leave with a wealth of knowledge and useful skills, changing the way they look at the food industry today.

20140827-1408592424_staceynorris8120140827-1407846532_staceynorris81Students come to this course not even being able to make a scone, but leave being able to make their own cakes, Pastries, biscuits and yeast products. They have also been able to learn some of the art of sour dough and most of them are now making their own sour dough at home.. That makes me feel proud that they are able to do this on their own. It’s great and I hope each and every one will chase the dream of being a baker, I wish them luck in the future.
