Meat Cookery workshopFriday 27th June was the successful completion of the Meat Cookery workshop held at our Albert Park training location. Over the 4 weeks, students prepared cuts from chicken, lamb, pork and beef, creating various tasty value-added products, which they then cooked and presented.
The next cookery workshop will commence at the same location from the 25th August. Please contact us if you are interested.
