Certificate 2 in Food Processing (Sales) specialised as introduction to Café, Sales and Barista workshop commences today in IIFP’s new Eastwood kitchen location. Students will learn to make tarts, cookies, macaroons, cakes, pies and many more small bake items; coffee, espresso, latte art; and also cover topics on food safety, food preparation, workplace health and safety, merchandising, customer advice and service.
